Atlantic Canada Society For Bioenergetic Analysis
Our gathering offers a unique blend of intensive therapy, creative play and spirituality.
The heart of the experience is the in-depth bioenergetic work.We offer this work in three integrated modes: group exercise, group process, and two opportunities to meet with a certified bioenergetic therapist forindividual work.
This energetic work is supported by the daily practice of Tai Chi, and by classes in massage as well as the option of individual massage therapy.

It is probably true to say that few of us have even begunto explore the limits of our potential for artistic expressionand pleasure. For many of us this fertile ground has remaineddormant. The creative-play classes reach out to the child in each of us who instinctively knows its pleasure in colour, word, gesture and movement. Classes include creative writing and/or dance.
Participants are consistently pleased, and sometimes surprised,to discover that, in a safe, playful setting, their own expression yields deep and lasting satisfaction.

Our evening gatherings are in the spirit of Alexander Lowen's words:"....we become conscious of the pulsating aliveness of our bodies and sense that we are one with all pulsating creatures in a pulsating universe." We take time to meditate together, and share in song, symbol andwords the meaning and the blessing of being.
