Description

This 10-week course is intended to guide couples in their search for deeper intimacy. It combines information and practice in a context of safety, healing, and understanding.

Each session begins with a bioenergetic exercise designed to set the stage for the night's learning in a way that heightens energy and creates an environment of playfulness and enjoyment.

The input of each lesson focusses on a step-by-step approach to gaining understanding and confidence in the relationship. There is opportunity to work with the material presented both individually and as a couple. Occasionally, there are opportunities to participate in and/or observe demonstrations of bioenergetic psychotherapy with couples in their integration of specific issues.

A different bioenergetic partner-exercise is taught and practised each evening, and couples are given specific instructions about follow-up work that can enhance the process.

Communication is a skill.
The only way to learn a skill is experientially.
You have to Do it!
